Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Engineering Department, ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of all building systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing – MEP).

Supervise facility management activities and ensure smooth daily operations.

Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans to maintain high performance and safety standards.

Oversee contractors, service providers, and technical teams to ensure quality, timelines, and cost control.

Review and approve technical reports, maintenance plans, and project documentation.

Implement and improve facility management procedures and sustainability initiatives.

Provide guidance and leadership to engineers and technical staff.

Report regularly to top management on operational performance and improvement plans.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Minimum of 15 years of experience in Facility Management or MEP operations, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems.

Proven experience managing large commercial or administrative facilities.

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with BMS systems is a plus.

Work Conditions:

On-site (Cairo)

Working hours: 8 hours/day

Working days: 5 days/week
