This 6-month to 1-year program is designed for
2024 and 2025 graduates
and offers a unique chance to explore and specialize in one of the following key areas based on your major and interests:

  • Supply Chain:
    Dive into the intricate world of materials flow, logistics, procurement, and inventory management, ensuring the seamless movement of components from raw materials to finished goods.
  • Manufacturing Operations:
    Get to the core of production Learn about process optimization, quality control, lean principles, production planning, and machine efficiency, directly contributing to the creation of our products.
  • HR & Administration:
    Discover the crucial role of human capital in a manufacturing setting, from talent acquisition for our skilled workforce to fostering a safe, productive, and thriving work environment for all our factory colleagues.
  • Finance:
    Build a strong foundation in cost accounting, operational budgeting, financial analysis for production, and strategic planning, contributing to the fiscal health and sustainability of our manufacturing operations.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Recent graduates (2024 or 2025) with a strong academic record in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Operations Management).
  • Individuals with a proactive attitude, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities, keen to optimize processes and drive results.
