We are hiring for one of our clients, experienced operational leaders to join one of the fastest-growing
Last-Mile Delivery
companies in Egypt.
- Locations:
Greater Cairo, El-Behirah, Tanta, and other governorates.
We are currently recruiting for multiple leadership roles:
Branch Manager – Area Manager – Last-Mile Manager
Your experience level will determine your placement within the appropriate role.
Key Responsibilities (based on role level):
- Lead and manage daily last-mile operations within branches or regions.
- Supervise operational teams, including couriers, supervisors, and branch managers.
- Monitor, analyze, and improve key KPIs such as: Delivery Rate, First Attempt Delivery Rate, RTO%, Productivity, SLA
- Drive performance, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational losses.
- Oversee peak season operations and high-volume periods.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Complaints, Accounts, and Monitoring teams.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and company policies.
General Requirements:
- Proven experience in logistics or last-mile delivery operations.
- Strong leadership background (role level will depend on experience).
- Solid problem-solving, decision-making, and crisis-management skills.
- Proficiency in operational systems and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
