Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for the role of FP&A Section Head, based in Qesm 1st 6 October. The FP&A Section Head is responsible for leading financial planning and analysis efforts, supporting business planning, and preparing accurate financial statements. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and delivering actionable insights for decision-making. The individual will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis while ensuring compliance with financial standards and controls.

Qualifications

  • Financial Planning and Business Planning expertise
  • Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data
  • Proficiency in Finance principles and Financial Statements preparation
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or professional certifications (such as CFA or CPA) are a plus
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling tools and software
  • Experience in a BPO or customer experience-driven organization is advantageous
