Summary

We are looking for a
System Administrator (Admin Support)
with at least
1 year of experience
, who is organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in
Microsoft Office tools
(Excel & Word). The ideal candidate will support day-to-day administrative tasks, document handling, and assist in managing simple system-related operations.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and managing documents, reports, and forms using
    Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Assisting in maintaining digital records and files
  • Supporting the IT/System team in daily operations and coordination
  • Ensuring documentation is accurate, well-organized, and up to date
  • Helping in basic troubleshooting and user support tasks (training will be provided if needed)
  • Communicating with other departments and following up on system-related requests

Requirements

  • Minimum
    1 year of experience
    in an administrative or system support role
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Basic understanding of computer systems and office software
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
