Role Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for CNC machines.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues promptly.
  • Respond to machine breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime.
  • Prepare accurate documentation and service reports.
  • Provide after-sales technical support to customers.
  • Coordinate with the engineering and production teams for technical issues.

Qualifications:

  • B.Sc. in
    Mechanical
    or
    Electrical Engineering
    .
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Solid understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Familiar with CNC machine basics and components (servo motors, ball screws, linear guides).
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and hydraulic diagrams.
  • Previous internship in a
    manufacturing
    or
    maintenance
    environment is a plus.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in
    English
    .
  • Proactive, hardworking, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a technical team.
  • Background knowledge of
    sheet metal machines
    such as fiber laser, press brake, and shears is preferred.
