Responsibilities

  1. Plan and oversee
    all maintenance activities for the company's vehicles, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards.
  2. Develop and implement
    preventive and periodic maintenance schedules for all fleet vehicles.
  3. Diagnose mechanical and technical issues
    and determine required spare parts in collaboration with the Procurement Department.
  4. Plan fleet renewal and repair operations
    , including identifying needs for upgrades, replacements, and technical improvements.
  5. Monitor maintenance execution
    , evaluate work quality, and prepare detailed reports on completed tasks.
  6. Set maintenance workflows
    and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient handling of maintenance operations.
  7. Conduct research and propose improvements
    to enhance the maintenance process and ensure continuous operational efficiency.
  8. Negotiate and manage contracts
    with external service providers and workshops.
  9. Prepare technical reports
    regarding maintenance activities, achievements, and recommendations for enhancing processes.
  10. Develop and maintain a comprehensive database
    of certified maintenance centers and automotive workshops.
  11. Create and update a spare parts supplier database
    in coordination with the Procurement Department.
  12. Maintain accurate documentation
    and records for all maintenance operations and each vehicle's service history.
  13. Perform additional duties
    related to the automotive maintenance department as assigned.

Qualifications


•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and maintenance procedures.

Experience in fleet maintenance or automotive service is preferred.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management tools.
