Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Cairo, Egypt, for a B2B Sales Specialist with real estate experience. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, working closely with real estate developers, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves identifying client needs, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and providing regular updates and training as needed. Collaboration across teams and remaining up-to-date with market trends will be essential.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets
- Experience in designing and delivering Training to support sales goals and client education
- Solid understanding of the real estate industry, particularly the Egyptian market
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and long-term client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and familiarity with real estate technology platforms
