Marketing Supervisor

To plan, execute, and oversee all
below-the-line (BTL)
marketing activities, brand activations, and events that drive visibility, engagement, and lead generation for the company's real estate projects. The role focuses on turning marketing strategies into impactful on-ground experiences that enhance brand perception and support sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. BTL Campaign Management
- Develop and implement BTL campaigns across multiple projects (launch events, mall activations, roadshows, etc.)
- Supervise production and installation of branding materials (booths, kiosks, signage, flyers, etc.)
- Ensure all activations align with brand guidelines and project positioning
- Manage the distribution and placement of promotional materials across strategic touchpoints
2. Event Planning & Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate and project events (launches, ceremonies, open houses, press conferences, exhibitions, etc.)
- Handle logistics, vendor management, permits, and event setup
- Liaise with PR, digital, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging before, during, and after each event
- Oversee event budgets, timelines, and reporting
3. Brand Activations & Partnership
- identify and activate strategic sponsorships, co-branding, and partnership opportunities to increase exposure
- Develop creative activation concepts to engage target audiences (residents, brokers, investors, media)
- Measure and report ROI and effectiveness of each activation
4. Supplier & Agency Management
- Source, negotiate, and manage third-party suppliers (fabricators, event organizers, production and print houses, promoters, etc.)
- Ensure high-quality deliverables within approved budgets and deadlines
- Monitor performance of agencies and vendors against set KPIs
5. Budgeting & Reporting
- Assist in developing and managing the annual BTL & events budget
- Track spending, prepare post-activation reports, and analyze performance metrics
- Recommend cost optimization and process improvement opportunities
- Finalize vendors' payments in alignment with the approved payment terms and internal finance procedures
Qualifications & Skill
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

ng, preferably i
n real estate or hospitality - Proven experience managing large-scale events and activation
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skill
- Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skill
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of project management tool
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to project sites when require
