Accounts Payable & Receivable Accountan
t to join our team in Cairo

Job Responsibilities :


• Receive, review, and verify vendor invoices and customer billing details.


• Prepare, issue, and record customer invoices accurately and on time.


• Perform 3-way matching (invoice, PO, receipt) for AP invoices.


• Monitor incoming customer payments and apply receipts to corresponding accounts.


• Follow up on overdue customer invoices to ensure timely collection.


• Maintain and update vendor and customer master data.


• Resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and account issues promptly.


• Prepare AP and AR aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.


• Assist with month-end closing tasks, including accruals and adjustments.


• Provide financial reports related to cash flow Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and payment documentation.


• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and internal controls.


• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.


• Collaborate with finance and commercial teams on accounting-related issues.


• Support the finance department with additional tasks as needed.
