Furniture & Curtains Delivery Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive daily delivery requests from management and organize the distribution schedule.
  • Monitor operations in furniture and curtain workshops to ensure adherence to required specifications and quality standards.
  • Inspect products inside the workshop prior to dispatch to confirm conformity with client-approved designs and models.
  • Supervise safe loading and unloading of furniture and curtains to protect wood and fabric quality.
  • Perform final product checks before delivery to ensure they are free from defects or damage.
  • Coordinate with the installation team to ensure proper execution at the client's location (when applicable).
  • Communicate with customers to confirm delivery dates and locations.
  • Handle field issues such as size discrepancies or installation requirements.
  • Prepare daily delivery reports and workshop follow-up reports for management.
  • Adhere to safety standards during transportation and material handling.
  • Maintain vehicles and equipment used in delivery operations.
  • Follow up on customer complaints related to quality or delivery and work toward resolving them.

Education and Training

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Arabic proficiency is required.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in furniture and curtain delivery operations and workshop follow-up.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of wood types and proper handling during manufacturing and transportation.
  • Experience in handling fabrics and sensitive products such as curtains.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle field challenges and solve problems efficiently
