Job Title: Projects Manager

Location: Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt

Department: Projects / Construction

Reports to: General Manager / CEO

Job Purpose:

To oversee and direct all company projects from planning to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to company quality and safety standards. The Projects Manager provides strategic oversight, coordination, and leadership to project teams across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise multiple project teams to ensure successful execution of all projects.

Develop and implement overall project strategies, schedules, and resource plans.

Review project designs, budgets, and contracts before approval.

Monitor project progress through regular site visits, reports, and performance metrics.

Coordinate between the technical office, procurement, finance, and site management teams.

Approve project plans, materials, and subcontractor selections.

Manage and support Project Managers to resolve site issues and maintain consistent performance standards.

Oversee cost control and ensure alignment with company financial targets.

Report project status, risks, and recommendations to top management.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and legal requirements.

Support business development by evaluating new project opportunities and providing technical input.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Master's Degree preferred).

Minimum 15 years of experience in construction
/project management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple projects.

Proven experience in large-scale residential or mixed-use developments.

Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, project control, and cost management systems.

Proficient in MS Project / Primavera and MS Office Suite.

Fluent in English and Arabic.
