Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm 2nd Nasser City for a Community Engagement Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for fostering relationships with community members, organizing outreach programs, managing communications, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Additional tasks include assisting with event coordination, supporting students and participants, and identifying community needs to enhance engagement efforts.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to effectively establish connections with diverse groups.
  • Proven experience in Community Engagement, Community Management, and fostering relationships within a community atmosphere.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to support clear and effective interaction.
  • Customer Service experience and the ability to address and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Proactive mindset, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in languages pertinent to the community (e.g., German, Arabic) is a plus.
