1- Event Planning and Coordination:

Organize partnership events, launch events, expos, and other promotional activities to showcase properties.

2- Marketing Plan & Budget Management:

Prepare marketing strategy and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and assess ROI of campaigns.

3- Social Media & Digital Marketing:

Manage content creation, and media buying for digital campaigns; oversee CRM for lead tracking.

4- Creative Production & Campaign Execution:

Develop and execute marketing briefs; lead outdoor advertising initiatives and 360° campaign rollouts.

5- Agency & Vendor Management:

Coordinate with creative, media, and printing agencies to deliver marketing assets on time and within budget; maintain quality control across all external deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing.
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Canva.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing, event management, and campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
