Business Development Manager

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
From years of experience in a similar business development role within construction, MEP, engineering services, or related sectors.
Proven success in managing large-scale client portfolios and delivering consistent revenue growth.
Must have a strong, existing client network in the same industry.
Candidate's network and business potential will directly influence her compensation, benefits, and commission.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and leadership abilities.
Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure.
