Buyer

The Buyer (Mojaa & Marketplaces) will be primarily responsible for managing inventory planning,

replenishment, and vendor coordination across all Mojaa and marketplace platforms. The role also

focuses on campaign and pricing planning in collaboration with marketplace partners — ensuring

product availability, commercial competitiveness, and profitable growth. This position requires a strong

combination of analytical skills, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration with E-commerce, Content, Marketing, and Logistics teams.

1. Inventory Management & Replenishment (Primary Focus)

• Own and manage the end-to-end replenishment cycle for Mojaa and all marketplace partners.

• Coordinate directly with local and regional vendors for timely replenishment of core and seasonal

products.

• Run weekly and monthly stock reviews by category, gender, and size to identify replenishment

needs and opportunities.

• Manage the Article Creation Tracker and ensure product readiness before arrival.

• Collaborate with E-commerce Specialists to align product setup timelines with delivery schedules.

• Ensure costing and pricing files are accurate and updated prior to shipment confirmation.

2. Marketplace Meetings & Campaign Planning (Secondary Focus)

• Lead bi-monthly meetings with marketplace partners to review sales and plan upcoming campaigns.

• Coordinate monthly promotional campaigns ensuring stock allocation and competitive pricing.

• Implement marketplace pricing strategies aligned with Mojaa's commercial targets.

• Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams for campaign readiness.

• Analyze campaign results to assess ROI and identify improvement opportunities.

3. Costing, Pricing & Benchmarking

• Prepare and update cost files for all incoming shipments.

• Benchmark competitor pricing and market trends regularly.

• Recommend price adjustments or markdowns based on performance and profitability.

4. Sales & Performance Analysis

• Conduct detailed sales analysis by type, gender, size, and category for Mojaa and marketplaces.

• Identify bestsellers, slow movers, and stock optimization opportunities.

• Provide insights and reports to management for strategic planning.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with E-commerce Specialists, Content Specialists, and Marketing teams for smooth

product launches.

• Coordinate with Logistics and Warehouse teams for stock movement and replenishment.

• Collaborate with marketplace account managers to ensure commercial alignment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in Buying or Brand management , preferably in fashion, lifestyle, sports, or E-commerce.

• Strong knowledge of inventory management, replenishment, and pricing analysis.

• Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.

• Strong communication, organization, and vendor management abilities.

• Highly proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
