Job Title: Offline Marketing Officer

Department: Marketing & Public Relations

Job Purpose:

To promote the educational center's programs and services through offline marketing channels, increase student enrollment, and enhance community awareness of the center's activities. The role focuses on field marketing, partnerships, events, and direct communication with potential students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute offline marketing campaigns (flyers, banners, posters, stands, etc.) to promote the center's courses.


• Coordinate and participate in school visits, exhibitions, and community events to promote programs.


• Establish partnerships with schools, universities, clubs, and organizations to increase referrals.


• Distribute marketing materials in targeted areas and track their effectiveness.


• Support event organization such as open days, graduation ceremonies, and public workshops.


• Monitor competitors' marketing activities and suggest improvements.


• Collect feedback from students and visitors to improve marketing efforts.


• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and outcomes.


• Ensure brand consistency in all printed and field materials.

Qualifications and Skills:


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (preferred).


• 1–3 years of experience in offline marketing, field promotion, or customer outreach — preferably in the education sector.


• Good communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.


• Ability to work independently in the field and meet enrollment targets.


• Strong networking and negotiation skills.


• Familiarity with local community dynamics and schools in the area.


• Professional appearance and positive attitude.


• Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus.
