Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our Human Resources team. The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring we attract and hire top talent that aligns with our organizational needs and culture. This role involves partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates using various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare and extend job offers, and support new hire onboarding.
  • Keep recruitment data and reports updated (e.g., applicant tracking systems, recruitment dashboards).
  • Participate in employer branding activities, career fairs, and networking events.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor laws.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with employer branding and social recruiting strategies.
  • Relevant HR/recruitment certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, LinkedIn HR Specialist Certification).
