Export Coordinator (Location: Alexandria, Egypt, Hybrid)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

This role will ensure smooth export operations by managing documentation, coordinating logistics, and monitoring cargo movement.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

· Track cargo receipt status and collect/prepare customs documents

· Coordinate with vendors, CFS, trucking & security teams to book space/equipment,

· secure approvals, and manage container loading and sealing

· Monitor cargo movement, sailing schedules, port cutoffs, and resolve booking or utilization issues.

· Documentation Checks and Issues HBL, MBL, Invoices, debit/credit notes, and all shipping documentation

· Manage container expenses

· Confirm container status & complete statutory reporting

· Release pre-alerts & full document sets to destination offices post-sailing

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum 2 years of Export Operations experience

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

· Strong communication skills (English required)

· Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

· Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
