Senior Solutions Consultant (SC)
is responsible for implementing small to mid-sized solutions and supporting Solutions Architects on larger enterprise projects. This is a customer-facing role that involves deploying FlairsTech solutions confidently and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement technical solutions for small to medium-scale projects or as part of a larger deployment team
  • Perform installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of FlairsTech solutions
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and architect appropriate solutions
  • Guide customers through the full project lifecycle—from planning to deployment and post-implementation support
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and communicate effectively with clients
  • Document implementation processes and share knowledge for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a technical implementation or consulting role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Adaptable and able to remain effective under pressure or in dynamic environments
  • Passion for learning new technologies and staying current on IT trends
  • Comfortable working with diverse teams and global client bases
  • Understanding of cloud computing, IT infrastructure, and how business drivers influence technology solutions
  • Committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences

Preferred Skills:

  • PowerShell scripting
  • SQL scripting
  • Experience with document or data migration projects
