About the Role

Help Desk Egypt is seeking a motivated
Odoo Implementation Consultant
to join our growing ERP practice. You'll work on diverse projects across education, logistics, manufacturing, and retail — helping clients optimize their operations through customized Odoo solutions.

This is a hands-on implementation role for someone who already has solid experience in Odoo functional configuration and wants to grow into managing full-cycle deployments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in full Odoo implementation projects — from requirements gathering and configuration to go-live and post-launch support.
  • Customize and configure Odoo modules including
    CRM, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, and Projects
    .
  • Analyze business workflows and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to define customizations, integrations, and automations.
  • Deliver user training, prepare documentation, and ensure adoption success.
  • Support clients' ongoing operations and system optimizations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–4 years
    of proven Odoo implementation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of
    functional Odoo modules
    (especially Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR).
  • Good understanding of business processes and ERP best practices.
  • Familiarity with
    PostgreSQL
    ,
    Linux
    , or
    basic Python
    is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • Fluent in
    English
    ; Arabic proficiency preferred.
