We're Hiring – Odoo Implementer

Shift Twice is expanding its tech team

We're looking for a proactive
Odoo Implementer
to handle full-cycle implementation, customization, and support of our ERP solutions.

If you're passionate about business processes, technology, and helping clients digitize their operations — this role is for you


What You'll Do:

  • Analyze client requirements and translate them into Odoo solutions.
  • Configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Accounting, HR, Inventory, CRM, etc.).
  • Handle Odoo implementation from setup to go-live and user training.
  • Coordinate with developers for advanced customizations and integrations.
  • Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-implementation support.
  • Document processes, configurations, and user manuals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and optimize performance.


What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience as an
    Odoo Implementer / Functional Consultant
    .
  • Solid understanding of business workflows (Finance, Sales, HR, etc.).
  • Experience with
    PostgreSQL, Odoo Studio, and API integrations
    is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
