Contracting Section Head
for one of our clients,
Real Estate
Company, located in Cairo.

Role Description

  • Develop and execute strategies to
    attract and secure contracting deals
    with finishing and fit-out companies.
  • Lead the
    contracting process
    from opportunity identification to agreement signing and execution.
  • Negotiate
    terms, pricing, and service agreements
    to ensure mutual benefit and profitability.
  • Build and maintain
    strategic relationships
    with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • From
    5
    to
    7
    years
    of
    experience in
    contracting
    ,
    partnership
    management
    , or
    business
    development
    within
    real estate companies (MUST).
  • Proven experience in
    contract negotiation, sourcing, and deal management.
  • Strong understanding of
    real estate and construction market dynamics
    in Egypt.
  • Excellent
    communication and negotiation
    skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office and ERP systems
    (Odoo, SAP, or similar).
  • Cairo residences are preferred.
