Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented Tech Recruiter to join our growing team. As a Tech Recruiter at Smart Bricks, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent across engineering, product, and data functions. You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to build scalable hiring processes, create a world-class candidate experience, and ensure we bring in exceptional talent that strengthens our AI-driven platform. This role requires strong recruiting expertise, deep understanding of technical roles, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment while building high-quality teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building:
Proactively identify, engage, and nurture top technical talent across engineering, product, and data disciplines through multiple sourcing channels. - Collaboration:
Partner closely with hiring managers, team leads, and leadership to define role requirements, refine job descriptions, and ensure alignment on hiring priorities. - Recruitment Process Management:
Own the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation, while ensuring a seamless, structured, and positive candidate experience. - Employer Branding:
Support employer branding initiatives, helping position Smart Bricks as a top destination for world-class technical talent.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tech Recruiter or similar role with a strong track record of hiring for engineering, data, and technical product roles.
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced startup or high-growth tech environment.
- Strong understanding of technical skill sets, engineering workflows, and modern software development practices.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search).
- Experience building and maintaining robust talent pipelines and implementing scalable recruiting processes.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both candidates and hiring stakeholders.
- Experience working with ATS platforms and analytics to measure and optimize hiring performance.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple searches simultaneously.
- A passion for working with people and building high-performing teams that drive innovation.
