5 months (with possibility of extension)

Schedule:
Full-time, Sunday–Thursday
Key responsibilities
- Greet visitors and manage the front desk professionally
- Answer, screen, and route calls
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and support the set-up of meetings
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, documents, and courier packages.
- Liaise with security, housekeeping, and admin teams for day-to-day office needs.
- Provide basic admin support (scanning, filing, printing) as needed.
Qualifications & skills
- Previous experience in reception, front office, or customer service
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Strong phone etiquette and client-service mindset.
- Proficient with MS Office
- Organized, punctual, and presentable
- Demonstrates strong multitasking and organizational skills under pressure.
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services environment
