Full-time, Sunday–Thursday
Key Responsibilities:
•
Greet visitors and manage the front desk in a professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting arrangements.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail, documents, and courier packages.
• Liaise with security, housekeeping, and administrative teams for day-to-day office needs.
• Provide general administrative support (e.g., scanning, filing, printing) as required.
Qualifications:
•
Previous experience in reception, front office, or customer service roles.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Strong phone etiquette and client service orientation.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Organized, punctual, and well-presented.
•
Able to multitask and maintain professionalism under pressure.
