Job Overview:

The Senior Export Sales Specialist drives international revenue growth by managing pharmaceutical sales across global markets. This role combines commercial strategy, regulatory insight, and cross-cultural communication to expand the company's footprint while ensuring compliance with health authority standards.

Main Responsibilities & Duties:

  • International Sales Development: Identify and cultivate new export markets, distributors, and institutional clients for branded and generic pharmaceutical products.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with overseas clients, agents, and regulatory consultants to ensure repeat business and market stability.
  • Regulatory Coordination: Collaborate with RA teams to support product registration, dossier submissions, and country-specific compliance (e.g., SFDA, EMA, FDA, MoH).
  • Tender & Institutional Sales: Participate in government tenders, NGO procurement, and hospital bids, ensuring competitive pricing and compliant documentation.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and regulatory shifts to inform sales strategy and product positioning.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare export sales forecasts, revenue projections, and performance dashboards for management review.
  • Trade Shows & Delegations: Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade missions, and B2B matchmaking events.
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate with logistics, finance, and regulatory departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and documentation flow.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Vet or Science or any relative certificate
  • 3:5 years of experience in export operations in the pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping, export documentation, and Incoterms.
  • Excellent English is a must.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
