Goodwill Group is a fast-growing export company specializing in olives, peppers, artichokes, and Mediterranean food products.

We export to several international markets, with active operations in Egypt and a sister company in Italy.

We are expanding our team and looking for a
smart, motivated Export Assistant
to support our daily work.

Role Overview

As an Export Assistant, you will work directly with the CEO and the operations team.

Your work will include coordination, documentation, follow-ups, and support in communication with international clients and factories.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support export documentation (PI, packing list, COA, specs, labels, etc.)
  • Coordinate with factories on production, quality checks, and timelines
  • Follow up with clients and suppliers (email, WhatsApp, and calls)
  • Track shipments, production schedules, and daily tasks
  • Organize meetings, notes, and weekly reports for management
  • Assist in preparing presentations and basic marketing materials
  • Maintain data and files in an organized system

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English (written + spoken)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, fast learner
  • Good with Excel, Word, and online tools
  • Ability to follow instructions clearly and deliver on time
  • Previous experience in export, logistics, or FMCG is a
    plus

  • Fresh graduates are welcome if serious and committed
