About the Role:

We're looking for a motivated
Merchandiser
to join our factory team .The ideal candidate will manage communication between the factory and clients, handle production follow-ups, and help expand our customer base. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of the fashion production process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients regarding orders, samples, and production updates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to grow the factory's client network.
  • Coordinate between production, quality, and design teams to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on approvals, and manage order confirmations.
  • Monitor production timelines and ensure products meet required specifications and quality standards.
  • Attend meetings, exhibitions, and trade events to represent the factory and explore new business opportunities.
  • Assist in negotiating prices, quantities, and delivery schedules with clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in merchandising or garment production.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
