Senior Copywriter

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Copywriter to own and lead content creation across the entire customer journey — from acquisition and onboarding to engagement, retention, and advocacy.

This role is responsible for crafting smart, personalized, human-centered content that nurtures customers at every stage and elevates their experience with dopay across email, WhatsApp, SMS, push notifications, NewsLetter, in-app messaging, website content, and more.

This is a strategic and hands-on position, ideal for someone who knows how to blend brand storytelling, customer lifecycle messaging, industry insights, and performance-driven content into one cohesive experience

• Drive the creation of thought-leadership content that empowers dopay's mission to support businesses of all sizes and help employees access world-class financial services, while staying informed about fintech trends and bring forward innovative content opportunities.
• Translate complex financial and fintech concepts into simple, human, and helpful narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.

• Research and produce well-written, accurate, and insight-driven content, including: blog posts, white papers, reports, newsletters, case studies, video scripts and thought leadership pieces on various financial topics related to fintech, payroll, and employee financial inclusion.

• Develop SEO-compliant content for dopay's website, supporting both lifecycle and financial education needs.

• Conduct market, industry, and customer research to understand pain points, motivations, and behavioral triggers.
• Define personas and audience segments and tailor messaging per persona and per industry.
• Write 360° lifecycle content across acquisition, onboarding, activation, usage, retention, and advocacy.
• Craft personalized, behavior-based messaging for email, WhatsApp, SMS, push notifications, and in-app journeys.
• Support marketing campaigns with strong content across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and website channels.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business objectives, supports marketing campaigns per persona per industry cross (Google, META, Tiktok, Website, Linkedin) and drives demand generation, brand awareness and engagement.
• Ensure content aligns with dopay's brand voice, guidelines, and emotional narrative.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, growth, product, sales teams and different stakeholders to ensure integrated content delivery.
• Track and optimize content performance using analytics tools; run A/B tests to improve results.
• Ensure all content follows SEO best practices and contributes to organic traffic growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B content strategy and writing, preferably in fintech, tech, financial services, or SaaS.
• Proven experience in financial writing & Content Creation, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for different audiences.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts and ability to communicate them effectively to diverse audiences.
• Strong experience writing across lifecycle channels (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push), tailored per persona and per industry.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong sense of narrative flow and clarity.
• Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing strategies.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to create and execute data-driven content strategies that align with business goals.
• Experience working with content management systems (CMS).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and passion for delivering high-quality content.
