**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a key member of the Senior Management Team, working collaboratively with the Director, Head of Primary & EYFS Schools, and Esol Board Member to implement a shared whole-school vision.
- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the Secondary School, including oversight of Deputy Heads for Curriculum, Sixth Form, Pastoral Support, and Pupil Progress.
- Drive curriculum innovation and development, ensuring alignment with international standards and best practices.
- Foster strong communication and engagement with parents and the broader school community.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging creativity and innovation among staff and students.
- Lead the recruitment, development, and evaluation of teaching staff, offering mentorship, coaching, and opportunities for professional growth.
- A proven leader in secondary education with a track record of inspiring excellence and innovation.
- Strong commitment to student welfare and holistic development.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering meaningful relationships with staff, parents, and the wider school community.

**CES offers its SLT staff**:
