**It’s your Dream Team if you enjoy**:

- Handling and managing the day to day operations related to the issued cards
- Building the operational cycle and process that should be followed on daily/weekly and monthly basis to ensure controlling the quality of service offered to our customers as well as the efficiency of all cards "financial and non-financial aspect"
- Managing the daily operational relationship with the sponsor bank from "delays in the settlement process, issues discovered within the reconciliation process"
- Reviewing monthly invoices related to card products from technical perspective.
- Detecting any gaps within the daily automated and digitalized process as well as execute any of the actions within the processes that can't be automated
- Defining the issues/bugs detected, communicate to relevant stakeholders and manage the matter up to resolution
- Reviewing daily system logs, reports as well as financial impact on the related accounts.
- Working with relevant teams to develop the products from cost perspective
- Developing and maintaining CS cycle and initial FAQs.

**The keys to unlock this vacancy if you have**:

- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 5 years of experience.
- Great eye for details
- The passion for a fast-paced work environments
- Strong communication skills with an ability to engage with various levels of seniority internally and externally
- Commercial awareness with good judgement and decision-making skills and a self-motivated individual
