Account Director

**Job Description**:
External Management:

- Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements.
- Up-selling digital products to your clients
- Working with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client’s brief and budget.
- Presenting, alongside agency colleagues the campaign ideas and strategy to the client.
- Briefing media, social media and creative staff, and assisting with the formulation of digital marketing strategies.
- Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and the agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively
- Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns
- Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification
- Handling budgets, managing campaign costs and quoting clients
- Writing client reports
- Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns
- Making ‘pitches’, along with other agency staff, to try to win new business for the agency.

Internal management:

- Ensuring the appropriate resources are in place and that the work is conducted in timely fashion, within approved scope and budget.
- Driving the execution of the project across the Creative, and Technology teams
- Responsible for the consistent successful facilitation of a project from estimation through launch and maintenance

Skills & Experience
- 4-7 years of Advertising Account/Client Management experience
- Strong presentation / communication skills
- Able to manage clients (external and internal) on project scope and delivery
- Strong client handling / client relations experience
- Experience developing Statements of Work is a plus
- Previous delivery of digital and interactive projects is a plus
- Experience in the advertising campaign lifecycle from creative concept to execution
- Strong background with project management concepts, methodologies and tools
