Kantar Insights is looking for an Account Director to join our Quantitative team in Cairo

Are you looking for a challenge where you can tap into your expertise in market research and Brand solutions to provide business insights that matter to our clients? Then keep on reading

Our client servicing team is seeking an energizing insight professional to manage a team through the execution of full-scale custom market research studies, where he will act as the liaison to senior management in Kantar to help clients identify and capture purpose-led growth opportunities.

What you'll be doing:
- Interact with key clients on a day-to-day basis, advising to proactively address needs, provide thought leadership and solve business problems that drive satisfaction.- Craft compelling stories, translate data into insights that address key client business issues and are presented to the client in a straightforward way.- Lead 1-3 direct reports of mid level researchers (plus their team members); provide advisory support on client engagement and the creation and execution of client deliverables.- Supervise and deliver against specific account revenue targets, as well as, plan and forecast future revenue across client accounts.

The skills & experience you’ll need:
We are looking for someone with a flair for building new and nurturing existing relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. In addition, you will need:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Business Administration or any relevant degree.- Proven experience (7+ years) leading large quantitative research studies, collaborating with clients to proactively deliver on agreed deliverables; including people management experience.- Experience with brand health tracking, segmentation, U&As, market sizing and other marketing research techniques; keen ability to recognize and articulate the story.
