**Envision Employment Solutions** is currently looking to hire a
**Senior Business Development Specialist** to join our team.

We have years of experience and continuity in our own staff that allow us to really know our clients and the consultants we provide; creating good culture and skill fits for both.
**Responsibilities**:
- A hunter mentality with proven results within business development, lead generation and cold calling
- Experience with business to business sales, cold-calling, lead generation, as well as managing and growing existing business relationships.
- Market services and talent to fulfill human capital needs for direct-hire positions.
- Meet established sales and performance goals.
- Effectively negotiate bill rates in line with expected and budgeted margin percentages.
- Be a strong contributor to the team in terms of work ethic and performance
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors Degree is required.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- At least 4 years of similar experience.
- Must have proven successful track record of selling "**Recruitment Solutions**" and/or **"Outsourcing Solutions" **with a strong focus on hunting and developing new business
- Must be able to work effectively with hiring managers to convey accurate temperature of requirements and demonstrate effective level of client control.
- Show ability to develop repeat business
- Must have high energy level and sense of urgency
- Must have a strong passion for selling in this industry

**Work Setup**:
- Location: Maadi
- Working Hours: 9AM-6PM - including one hour break.
- Fridays and Saturdays are off.
