**About the role**:
The objective of Global Conferencing team, inside Collaboration & Contact Center Business Line, is to develop and manage products portfolio of audio, web and videoconferencing solutions. In this portfolio, Open Videopresence Management / Hybrid range of offers provides to our large customers video equipment with installation and associated maintenance, but also Orange managed services on the top of the equipment.

The Product Manager is the owner of Open Videopresence Management / Hybrid offer and is responsible for creating and industrializing market leading services that execute the Orange corporate strategy.

The product will demonstrate an innovative approach and differentiate Orange as a clear leader against the competition as well as providing clear value to the customer.

The Product Manager will continually develop, enhance, market and life-cycle manage the Open Videopresence Management / Hybrid offer.

The Product Management function is to develop a business relevant and profitable offer. The product devlopment will be made in collaboration with Global Process Owners, project Stakeholders and regional Sales functions

The product will address customer needs for all scope, in collaboration with OCWS for French customers, and be developed within acceptable timescales to address market requirements.

**About you**:
Financial - Revenue and Gross Margin targets for Open Videopresence Management / Hybrid offer based on agreed sales channel targets and / or product level business case.

CSAT - Key client metrics around satisfaction with Product and Services Portfolio

People management: No direct reports but require the virtual management and influence over a number of functions to achieve the objectives (i.e. project teams, Field Marketing, Practices
