In addition, provide consultation to all line managers on people management, coach and develop next generation leaders across the business. **Role Summary**:

- The overall purpose of this position is to lead and support SANTECHTURE’s People & Culture objectives to contribute to the achievement of the organization's purpose and deliver strategic outcomes.
- Reporting to the Group Head HR and working closely with SANTECHTURE’s Leadership Team, the People & Culture Manager is required to effectively build the people and culture capability of the organization in Egypt.
- Support management of the employee lifecycle; and contribute to broader organizational and strategic management as part of the Santechture HR team.
- The position also has a key role as ambassador for organizational culture and values, ensuring they are visible, embedded, and upheld.

**Job Requirements**
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience in Egypt.
- _**Experience working in a start-up / core IT enabled services / software development organization will be highly preferred.**_
- Any degree in Commerce, Computer Science, or relevant field with HR Certification.
- Proven experience in conducting full-cycle recruitment, experience researching, sourcing using tools.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRMS software.
- Proactive, Analytical & Problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment balancing multiple projects and embracing change.

**Salary**: E£1.00 - E£2.00 per month
