**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage with potential leads generated through marketing efforts and paid campaigns.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally and efficiently.
- Follow up with leads to convert them into booked appointments or sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales processes.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead conversion strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
- Actively listen to customer needs to find the best solutions to address their specific challenges.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve ambitious goals and maintain relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, previous call center experience, preferably in a **dental clinic targeting the USA or Canada (B2C)**.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with potential customers.
- A presentable appearance and professional demeanor to uphold the company's image and represent.
- Demonstrated analytical skills to assess sales data and make informed decisions.
- Proven negotiation skills to close deals and handle objections effectively.
- Exceptional customer service abilities to address client needs and resolve issues.
- Excellent relationship management skills to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Comprehensive product knowledge to communicate effectively about the company's offerings.

- **Work Schedule**: 9 AM - 5 PM, with hours aligned to the **USA time zone.**
