**Job Description**:
As the **Sales Planning Supervisor, **you will be responsible for:

- **Strategic Planning**: Develop accurate forecasts aligned with sales objectives, ensuring optimal inventory levels and efficient resource allocation.
- **Order-to-delivery process**: Collaborate seamlessly with dealers, manage orders with precision, and oversee logistics for smooth vehicle delivery.
- **Champion effective communication**: Clearly communicate with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating smooth information flow and ensuring timely documentation completion & submissions.
- **Reporting**: Leverage all available data to generate comprehensive reports that inform strategic decision-making & track vehicle sales performance.
- **Market Intelligence**
- Actively monitor market dynamics, competitor actions, and new product developments, recommending strategic new launches for our SUP portfolio.
- Foster strong dealer relationships: Conduct regular visits to dealerships and ensure effective product knowledge and performance among sales personnel.
- **Future programs**: Work closely with the product planning team to assess and propose innovative future SUP launches.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Experience in the Automotive sales industry is a plus.
