**Job Title**: HR Assistant

**Experience Required**: Minimum of 2 years in a multinational company
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Recruitment Support**:
- Assist in posting job vacancies on job boards, company websites, and social media.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process.
2. **Onboarding**:
- Prepare onboarding materials and conduct orientation sessions for new hires.
- Ensure all necessary documentation and forms are completed and filed.
3. **Employee Relations**:
- Assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
4. **HR Operations**:
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.
5. **Compliance**:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.
- Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
6. **General Support**:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Assist in special HR projects and initiatives as required.
**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of HR experience in a multinational company.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
