You will be working as Service Quality and will be part of Electrification business area for Services division based in 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt. In this role you will be reporting to Service Local Division Manager and will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a quality culture within local ABB, by assuring and controlling quality with systems, tools, teams to exceed customer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations. Will be in charge of developing and maintaining the quality management system of the local unit

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensuring compliance with group health, safety and environmental directives and regulations are implemented, assessing risks and safety hazards, implementing plans to ensure people and equipment safety
- Showing personal commitment to HSE by conducting sustainability observation tours consistently, training and coaching teams in the quality improvement approach (i.e. L6S) for developing organization capability to continuously improving business practices and performance
- motivating and developing direct and indirect subordinates, improving service availability, providing training, developing capabilities and competencies, ensuring that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed
- Promoting and supporting the deployment of the quality and operational excellence (Q&OpEx) strategy to accelerate the rate of operational improvement and leading cost saving projects, assisting with the analysis and communication of customer perceptions
- Ensuring that customer feedback is gathered, analyzed and actions for improving are implemented, establishing and implementing quality and operational excellence priorities, targeting in cooperation with functional team members across all functions within the relevant service operations
- Monitoring progress and supporting actions on deviations from targets, supporting and maintaining the quality management system (QMS) of the business to drive standardization and consistent execution in delivery of customer requirements with all aspects managed in line with ISO standards
- Acting as the quality council chair, leading the quality council management reviews, leading external and internal audits for verifying whether the QMS conforms to ABB and ISO requirement and ensuring is effectively maintained

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Have strong technical knowledge in ABB Electrification products, good awareness with sub-suppliers components specification
- Fluent spoken & written English, Arabic and French language is a privilege
- Knowledge of electrical networks and if possible, a background about salesforce.
- 5+years of experience in a similar role
- Capability to learn to bid in different products (ELSE have a huge product portfolio) with complete
