**About the Role**:
As a Retail Accounts Supervisor at Dsquares, you will work closely with the team to onboard, manage, and retain key retail accounts, in order to meet Dsquares' goals and objectives. In addition to managing the team, you will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing retail accounts.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with key retail accounts to enhance loyalty and engagement
- Identify and pursue business opportunities, prospect new retail accounts and analyze their potential fit with Dsquares' solutions
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize retail accounts' loyalty programs and maximize their performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations to ensure successful execution of retail accounts' loyalty programs
- Monitor and analyze retail accounts' KPIs, and provide insights and recommendations to improve program performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities for retail accounts

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of the retail industry and understanding of loyalty programs is preferred

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Retail Accounts Management, Sales, or relevant roles
- Prior experience in managing a team is a plus
