As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts across various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to user comments, feedback, queries, and complaints on behalf of our clients.
  • Engage with users via Arabic and English responses within agreed SLA timescales.
  • Manage FAQs by updating pre-approved responses regularly and recommending new responses as needed.
  • Perform daily quality assurance checks to ensure accurate and timely handling of customer inquiries.

You will also be responsible for publishing and scheduling content on client accounts across different social media channels, translating content into both Arabic and English, and staying up-to-date with platform updates and features.

Furthermore, you will formulate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on social ad performance, vary tone of voice according to context, platform, and brand, and develop sentiment reports based on user queries and complaints.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role at an agency would be ideal.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Moderate knowledge of social media post formats.
  • Experience using community management tools like Hootsuite or Sprinklr would be beneficial.
