About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Paradise Inn Group in Alexandria. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and establishing strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agencies, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates for the hotel.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agencies, and other key stakeholders to generate business.
  • Revenue Maximization: Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets and maximize hotel revenue.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of sales executives, providing guidance and motivation to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously refine sales strategies.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecast revenue, and track progress toward meeting goals.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and other networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and build business relationships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel departments (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Front Desk) to ensure a seamless guest experience and optimize sales opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Skills:
  • Negotiation and Closing Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure business deals.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a sales team and achieve targets.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinking with a focus on growth and profitability to drive business success.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Monthly Salary: EGP 20,000 - 25,000 depending on experience.
