NOK Human Capital is seeking a skilled Front Desk Coordinator to join their team in New Cairo.

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for all visitors and clients, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a professional experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Coordinating courier services and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Supporting the HR and office manager with various tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Assisting with meeting room management, ensuring they are clean and ready for use.
  • Monitoring office supplies inventory and placing orders as necessary.
  • Communicating with building security to arrange visitor and employee parking.
  • Supervising the cleaning and maintenance staff to maintain a clean and presentable office environment.

Requirements include:

  • At least 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A positive and professional attitude.
  • A good level of English.
