**Responsibilities**:

- Draft & implement General & Adminstration key categories strategies, using systematic 7 step strategic sourcing approach.
- Monitor progress of cross-functional category teams.
- Lead G&A categories in the market and leverage from PepsiCo’s scale in the region.
- Closely monitor G&A upstream market movement to lock volumes, agree basis of cost breakdown with suppliers and take pro-active measures to mitigate risk.
- Work closely with Sector & Global teams to:

- Plan and monitor G&A Categories annual and long-term strategic sourcing targets.
- Plan and monitor sourcing Productivity / Savings for categories.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives from procurement side for the categories.
- Evaluate & evolve sourcing strategies based on changing market conditions and provide inputs during strategic sourcing activities, including internal and external analysis and negotiations.
- Ensure implementation of sourcing strategies / plans, compliance monitored, and benefits tracked (in close collaboration with the Transaction Procurement Team) in line with the procurement policy & practices.
- Closely liaise with main business stakeholders in beverage & food plants.
- Ensure implementation of best-in-class sourcing tools relevant to the category.
- Lead category negotiations and manage contracts with suppliers.
- Track G&A supply markets, share evolving category trends, monitor supplier performance and share bench-marking against industry / market standard.
- Maintain G&A contracts in timely manner

Qualifications:

- Bachelor Degree is a must.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of working experience in procurement.
- Fluency in Arabic & English languages is a requirement.
- Good understanding of corporate objectives & Must Win Battles (MWBs) e.g. sales volumes, NPS, RIG and NOPBT, Productivity, Cash flow.
- Business Insight: Knowledge of Detailed strategy of individual businesses, SC, Manufacturing and R&D.
- Financial understanding: Understanding Key business drivers, budget and forecasting.
- Business Intelligence: Competitors’ & Supplier's strengths and weaknesses.
- Beverage & Food G&A Materials Sourcing Experience.
- Experience in using advanced sourcing methodologies/ tools.
- Experience of procurement/ strategic sourcing.
- Skilled in managing cross functional team & various stakeholders.
