Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, including homeowners, family offices, and real estate developers, to build a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Lead Qualification: Assess the needs and potential of prospects to determine if they are a good fit for the company's services, and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-up and engagement.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress with leads in the company’s CRM system (e.g., Zoho CRM).
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on messaging, strategies, and tactics that drive lead conversion.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and progress toward targets.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrate ability to meet or exceed lead generation and sales targets.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM) is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the real estate or property management industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
