- Ensure service type, timing, and quality levels are in line with agreed SLAs.
- Support & Maintain Domain controller, DHCP, and DNS servers is a plus.
- Support & Maintain office 365 users.
- Be Aware of network devices (Switches, Routers), cables, access points, and VPN.
- Be Aware of Veeam backup system, VMWare is a prefer.
- Deal with IT suppliers/vendors to purchase/renew software licenses, hardware, and equipment.
- Keep an inventory update of all equipment, software, and license users.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years of experience working in IT support according to ITIL approach.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Customer Orientation
- Excellent written & verbal English communication.
