**Cell Lead**

**What is position about - Purpose**:
Is fully responsible for continuous improvement in production by managing an IWS cell and all its aspects. You will also manage the process and maintenance leads as well as the employees of the systems for your area and make a significant contribution to the further development of the corporate culture and IWS mindset.

**What will you do - Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the results and performance of a cell over 24 hours
- Serving as senior coach to teams throughout the cell organization; Promotion of a "zero-loss mentality" within the cell
- Management of the daily management systems and processes as part of a continuous improvement process, including daily/weekly/monthly alignment of the Daily Direction Settings (DDS)
- Responsible for the development of quarterly plans and cell targets, Jointly responsible for the continuous improvement of the technical skills and motivation of the employees through the transfer of knowledge and training

**Who we are looking for - Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in engineering preferred from an accredited college or university, ideally with further training at HF/FH level or many years of
- English - fluent (Management experience in a technical/industrial environment)
- Experience with continuous improvement programs (KAIZEN, TPM)
- Can-do mentality
- Communicative
- Team player and independent
- Change Agent
