**IWS Cell Lead Trainer**

**What this position is about - Purpose**:
In this versatile position you will report directly to the area lead and you will be jointly responsible for continuous improvement in production by managing an IWS cell and all its aspects. You will also manage the process and maintenance leads as well as the employees of the systems for your area and make a significant contribution to the further development of the corporate culture.

**What will you do - Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the results and performance of a cell over 24 hours
- Serving as senior coach to teams throughout the cell organization; Promotion of a "zero-loss mentality" within the cell
- Management of the daily management systems and processes as part of a continuous improvement process, including daily/weekly/monthly alignment of the Daily Direction Settings (DDS)
- Responsible for the development of quarterly plans and cell targets
- Jointly responsible for the continuous improvement of the technical skills and motivation of the employees through the transfer of knowledge and training.

**Who are we looking for - Requirements**:

- Completed technical or business basic training, ideally with further training at HF/FH level or many years of experience as a mechanic with certain personnel management tasks
- min. 5 years of professional experience in the technical/industrial field
- Management experience in a technical/industrial environment
- Experience with continuous improvement programs (KAIZEN, TPM)
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, team player
